Mann-Whitney U test nonparametric test method for differences between groups was used for data analysis, and the effect of the intervention program was verified by calculating the Cohen¡¯s ¡°d¡¯ effect size. As a result, after the intervention program, the experimental group showed a statistically significant difference in both playfulness and self-regulation.
